tough day.

I'm like, half dead now. There were so many difficult customers today, that I was quite grateful that I was already feeling sleepy due to lack of sleep, because otherwise I might have worn a totally displeased expression when facing them. And it's only the first day of my 4-days-straight roster. Sheesh.
