hey.

I've never admitted it before, but solitude is scary. It's so scary that everyone either struggles to not ever be alone, or pretend that they're fine with it when they aren't. It's one thing to be with people just because you don't wanna be left out, and another thing to be with them because you genuinely like their company. After all, one is called "mere acquaintance" and the other is called "friend". Friends are people whom you should would want to support when they get weak in the knees, but they are also people who will lend you their shoulders when you get tired. It may sound cheesy, but true friends are like that. It's good to be independent, but when the weight on your shoulders is too much and you feel like you're gonna break, in reality there'd always be some people who'd be more than willing to share your burden.

I'm not good with words and I can't express what I'm feeling, but everyone goes through this phase in their lives. Whatever it is, you can choose to live through it alone, if that's what you want. Just remember that we'll be here when you turn around.
